ToxStrategies is proud to support the Foundation for Chemistry Research & Initiatives (FCRI) in the important project to comprehensively research the frameworks, metrics, and methods to support cumulative impact assessments (CIAs) for potentially vulnerable communities in the context of environmental justice. The investigation combines a structured and extensive literature review by ToxStrategies’ experts with a formal elicitation of opinions and recommendations from an independent and multidisciplinary panel of experts. The work appraises the state of the science underlying the CIA process and presents general, operational, and research recommendations.
