By registering for this course, you enter into a legally-binding contract with ToxStrategies to pay all registration fees, including any non-refundable fees. If you fail to pay on schedule, you agree to pay all attorney’s fees, collection fees, late fees, installment fees, court fees, collection agency commissions, and other incurred costs. Drop and Transfer Policies
- If for any reason you need to cancel your participation before the course begins, your registration will be transferred to the next scheduled course unless a refund is requested.
- If a refund is requested, a $75.00 service fee will be deducted from your original payment.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations from a course within 30 days of the start date of the course.
- Refunds will be provided to the original payer, only.
- If the course you choose to transfer into has a higher fee than the course you are leaving, you must pay the difference.
- If you registered for a course that is canceled by the ToxStrategies, you will be notified of alternate arrangements including the option of a refund of the registration fee.
