Carrie Price is an Information Specialist/Research Librarian in ToxStrategies’ Health Sciences practice. She has extensive experience as a health sciences librarian in academic, hospital, and federal settings. Her skill set includes developing reproducible, transparent, unbiased, and comprehensive literature searches, collaborating on evidence synthesis projects, providing information science reference services, and instructing in best practices for searching and optimizing research workflows. She has co-authored over 50 systematic or scoping reviews and has supported the scholarly research needs of students, faculty, scientific staff, and healthcare providers.
Ms. Price has also served as an information specialist for various national and international research groups. She is an active member of the Medical Library Association. She is skilled in supporting all stages of the literature search workflow with systematic review tools, literature analysis tools, bibliographic citation databases, clinical trial registries, citation management, and more.
