Abstract
Review question
What is the relationship between environmental/consumer exposure to TBBPA and cancer, as evaluated by the ten key characteristics of carcinogenesis (TKCC) described by Smith et al., (2016; PMID 26600562) in human, animal (mammalian and non-mammalian), and in vitro (i.e., mechanistic) datasets?
The secondary objective is to identify and characterize relevant contextual information that will aid in interpreting study findings. Such relevant data include: toxicokinetics, toxicity in target tissues, physiological and chemical parameters, and review articles on toxicity and/or cancer.
